On June 16, The Bailey opens its doors for an afternoon unlike anything on our usual calendar. Residents will welcome you into their homes — thoughtfully designed apartments that tell you more about life at The Bailey than any brochure ever could.
You’ll move through the Bailey at your own pace, exploring beautifully appointed residences and welcoming shared spaces. You’ll also enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments along the entire tour path.
And you’ll have real conversations with the neighbors who chose The Bailey, settled in, and made it theirs — the people who can tell you what surprised them, what they love most, and what they’d tell a friend who was still on the fence.

The Neighborhood Is Already in Full Swing
Step outside The Bailey any Saturday morning between now and late September and you’ll land in the middle of the Dublin Market — 120-plus local farmers, bakers, makers, and craftspeople filling the streets of Bridge Park from 9 a.m. to noon.
June alone brings a free outdoor yoga class with YogaSix on the 13th, a Barre3 fitness session on the 20th, and the Barker’s Market pet fair on the 27th. Something new every week, right outside your front door.
