You’ve heard from our Life Counselors. You’ve read about us online. You’ve seen the photos highlighting our favorite moments throughout the week on social media. Now, its your turn to hear about what makes our communities so special directly from those who live it each and every day, our members and residents.

Voices of Experience is an event dedicated to letting our members speak directly to you about their experiences from the moments they started planning ahead, through the process of joining our community, and on how they don’t just live; they thrive!

We have several events throughout September for you to choose from. Panels at each event will feature a different collection of people and experiences from residents at Friendship Village of Dublin and The Bailey at Bridge Park, and members of Friendship at Home. We hope to see you there!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • At least one person from each community will be present to share their unique experience navigating their personal journey to Friendship Village of Dublin, Friendship at Home, or The Bailey at Bridge Park.
  • A guest panel discussion moderated by a Friendship Village staff member to talk about what led them to their respective community. This will last approximately 45-60 minutes.
  • Then, we turn the tables and welcome your questions for our guest panelists during a live Q&A session. This will last for approximately 30-45 minutes.
  • If you have questions specific to your situation or are best suited for a Life Counselor to answer, our staff will be on site to help you navigate those questions or next steps!
  • Refreshments – light snacks and beverages – will be provided at all in-person events.
